Google Buzz

Google ran its first ever advertisement during the Superbowl advertising. The 1 minute 52 second advert entitled “Parisian Love” is one of their “Search Stories” series of adverts and tells the story through search:

“study abroad paris france” (Google Natural Results)
“cafes near the louvre” (Google Local Results)
“translate tue tres mignon” (Google Translation “You’re very cute”)
“impress french girl”  (Google Natural Results)
“chocolate shops near paris france” (Google Local Results)
“what are truffles”  Google Results show “Web Definitions for Truffle”
“who is Truffaut “  Google Results show Francois Tuffaut on Wikipedia
“long distance relationship advice”
“jobs in Paris”
“AA120″ Google Results shows “Track status of Flight AA 120 from New York”
“Churches in Paris” .. you guessed .. Google Maps
“How to assemble a crib”

.. and they all lived happily ever after ?

With advertisers fleeing the TV and stories of major advertisers not taking up their Superbowl slots, who but Google should come in and buy a slot.
