One of the elements of long tail optimisation is geo-targeting, website SEO for specific place names. For example, a Yorkshire SEO company would use long tail geo-targeting to optimise for keywords such as SEO Leeds, SEO Huddersfield and SEO Sheffield. Geo-targeting using search engine optimisation is a useful too to increase keyword breadth (the number of keywords you’re website ranks in Google for) and if competing on primary keywords isn’t realistic.
